Having access to your upper shoulders and arms do facilitate the massage, meaning wearing anything strapless would work well for the treatment, I do offer large bath towels to cover your top if needed.

You can choose to use oil during the head massage part if you are ok to shower when you get home, this is the traditional way and I would strongly recommend it if possible. The other option is we only use oil for the neck, shoulders and arms part and use your natural hair oil during the head massage part, this is if you want the cleanup as simple as possible.
